This review is from Zojirushi BB-CEC20 :Just purchased this machine and i am fond of it…so far. I’ve used it 4 times. I especially love that I cannot solely create bread however different foods conjointly. I’ve created bread and i’ve tried the jam recipe, it came out great. i am trying forward to trying cake, meatloaf and sour dough along side additional recipes included in the book.
Now for the machanics of it. whereas it’s rather massive and a little serious i might recommend finding a place to use it and leave it instead of moving it around each time you wish to bake. i really like the duel metal paddles and the loaf shape pan. Another feature i really like is that the means the pan masses into the machine, (no rubber gaskets anywhere). very easy Zojirushi BB-CEC20 to lock into place and to get rid of.
